Topkick Aids 100 Orphans

SEOUL, Korea (8th Army Fwd)—Top sergeants are supposed to have hearts of stone, but M/Sgt. Anthony Neca, 1st Sgt., Hq. Co., 728th MP Bn., turns up with a heart just about as big as Korea. Neca started a one-man drive to clothe 100 children of the Cha Sun Dan and Ku Chon Kyung Saing orphanages in Seoul last May, enlisting the help of the Ashland, Cal., Lion’s Club. By Christmas he had secured 27 bundles of clothing to distribute. The clothing was given out last week at a Christmas party sponsored by members of the 728th at the NCO Open Mess.
