KOREAN CHILDREN RECEIVE CLOTHING--Lt. (jg) Howard Kay, USN, of 726 Beaumont Ave., Whitefish Bay, Wisc., helps a Korean youngster try on a pair of gloves.  The gloves, along with almost 1,000 pounds of clothing were donated by school children of Kay's hometown of Whitefish Bay, Wisc., for delivery to Korean children.  The gear was flown to San Diego, Calif., in a Navy transport plane and traveled from the United States to Yodo aboard Kay's ship, the destroyer USS George K. MacKensie.  Navy Chaplain Joseph Costa of Hackensack, N. J., looks on.  The above was taken on Yodo Island in the embattled North Korean harbor of Wonsan.
