Mrs. Dorothy Brandon, correspondent for the New York Herald-Tribune, (center) visited Pusan, Korea, recently on her world-wide tour of American activities abroad.  Here she visits with children of the Isabelle Orphanage in Pusan, with Mrs. Janet Whang (Los Angeles, California), head of the orphanage and Brigadier General Richard S. Whitcomb, commanding general, Pusan Military Post.  Isabelle is one of numerous orphanages in the Pusan area receiving help from the Armed Forces Assistance to Korea programs.
