WELCOME! Mr. and Mrs. Victor Beauchamp, Orinda, Calif., greet their foster son, Kim Yoon Joong, as the liner President Wilson docks in San Francisco from Japan.  Their son, Victor, 22, met the young Korean after he had been wounded and Kim was his stretcher bearer in Korea.  Victor died soon afterward and his last wish was that his parents bring Kim to the States and give him a home.  (UP Photo)
