Dear Mrs. Heckbert:

On behalf of the Orphanage Committee and the children of Manassas Manor, I wish to thank you for your generous gifts of clothing that we have received.
Many of the orphanages in Korea would not be able to operate without the help we have received from the folks back home and the American servicemen who have donated their time and money to keep them going.
Helping the children of Korea as we are now doing, will someday reap returns with friendship and good will from the future citizens of Korea.

Sincerely yours,

James L. Smith
