Dear Friends:

I am in receipt of your money order to the amount of ten dollars for which I wish to extend my sincere appreciation.

The school is almost completed, the main construction, that is. The children helped mix the mud for the brick. As money and supplies come in we are integrating them as improvements in the school.

This week two GIs of this company start giving English lessons to the older children. The children have often asked us to do this. We do not yet know how it is going to work out.

Again, our thanks for your donation.
