LET'S FACE IT. The laughing, happy children are part of nearly 1,000 evacuated to an island off South Korea by planes of the US Far East Air Forces Combat Cargo Command.  Many of the children were suffering from disease and few had any more than tattered rags to protect them from bitter cold of the Korean winter.
