Army Sergeant Adopts Korean Orphan.

Sgt. Raymond L. Hill of Joplin, Missouri, is shown with Chong So Yong, six year-old Korean orphan, whom he wishes to adopt and bring back to the United States. Sgt. Hill is due to return to his home this month, but hopes to remain in Korea until he can pave the way for the boy to return with him. The Sergeant is already married and has one daughter, Vicky Lynne, age three, who is presently living with her mother, Mrs. Lorene Hill, in Mount Vernon, Missouri. Both are anxiously awaiting the arrival of the “new brother.”  12 March 1952
