VIP TREATMENT

Song Yong Cho, who used to shine shoes around the Pusan railroad station a year ago, gets a shoe shine from Bill Maddux, Boys Town, Neb mayor, a few hours after the 12-year old Korean orphan arrived at the haven through arrangements by Army friends. He lost both feet from frostbite and has been fitted with artificial feet. Last week the youngster, accompanied by Msgr. Nicholas H. Wegner, director of Boys Town, went to New York and visited the Francis Cardinal Spellman.
