Pacific Stars and Stripes,

SUKOSHI SCHOLAR - Ernest Joe Branham, formerly Moon Ho Yong, finds that the life of a Texas cowboy is not all roping and riding as he attends his first class in an American school. Picked up as a waif in Korea by the 502nd Recon. Plt., Ernest became the unit's mascot. He was later adopted by M/Sgt. And Mrs. Ravil Branham and brought to their home in Killeen, Tex. Giving him his first taste of formal education in Mrs. Leo Buckly, teacher at the Killeen school. The youngster wears a cowboy suit.
