Adopted Children Entry Bill Moves

WASHINGTON, May 6 (UP)- The House today passed and sent to the Senate a bill to authorize the entry into the United States of up to 500 children adopted overseas by U.S. service personnel or government employees.  It applies only to children under 6 years old.

The measure relieves the committee of handling an individual bill for each child as in the past.
