OUT IN THE COLD

OUT IN THE COLD?- The South Korean lad at the far right doesn't seem too chipper as the four happy boys from the DoBong orphanage proudly display their "Roy Rogers" sweaters. The smiling soldier in the center is Sgt. Frank Archer, Jr., Los Angeles, of I Corps 60th Transportation Truck Company, who has been donating clothing and food to the orphanage for the past several month. He told the despairing little fellow "not to worry because he'd get one, too...soon."
