Indianhead Units Set New Record For Orphan Fund

WITH U.S. 2D DIV, Nov. 23- Indianhead soldiers dug deep last pay day and the 2d Division's orphan's fund was $10,000 richer-a new high for contributions in a single month.

The money collected each pay day goes for the upkeep of the 2d Division-sponsored orphanage-the Friendship home. At present the home is caring for more than 100 orphans.

The previous high contributions was reached in June when $7,500 was collected. In five months Indianhead soldiers have donated $37,848.63 to the orphan's fund.
