WITH U.S. 2D DIV., May 23 - The children
at a Seoul orphanage recently got an unexpected treat from Warriors
of the 72d Tank Battalion. PFC Samuel Barnett, Philadelphia, was on
a mission to deliver several boxes of goodies purchased by the tankers
to the 2d Division sponsored orphanage at Chongpyong-ni.
Somehow or other, he lost his way, wound up in Seoul, and couldn't locate
the Indianhead Friendship Home. So, Barnett did the next best thing.
He found another orphanage and made the children a present of the candy.
