SEOUL, May 7 (8th Army)-In observance
of Children's Day here yesterday, members of the 55th Military
Police Co. played host to 120 orphans of the Choung Hyun Baby Home in
an all-day outing at Chang Duk Palace. The children, ranging from infants
to youngsters of 13, were treated to ice cream, milk, sandwiches, cake,
oranges and candy at the picnic grounds of the palace. They were escorted
by members of the MP Company around the palace where they viewed its
sights. The men donated their off-duty time to assist in the celebration,
having sponsored the orphanage under the AFAK program for the past year.
