PUSAN, Korea, Apr. 2-The Holy Mother
Orphanage, Chun Hwa, was extended another helping hand when the 863rd
Trans. Port Co. submitted tentative plans for a $5,000 renovation program
to the Pusan AFAK council. The unit has sponsored the charitable home
since December with over $500 in cash donations and $350 in clothing
and labor, 7th Trans. Major Port headquarters said. Construction
of a church, school house and living quarters will start ass soon as
the project is approved and materials available. The 863rd
formerly was located near the orphanage. Now 10 miles away, it is still
giving continuous aid.
