Mess Treats Hungry Waifs

 

HQ., 3^RD INF. DIV., Feb. 11-Caught stealing food scraps from garbage, three hungry Korean orphans became honored guests of one of this division's companies last week.  During a morning training period, men of Company "E" of 15^th Inf. Reg. were startled to see three ill clothed, ragged waifs steal fearfully into the company area and snatch the contents of the mess hall garbage cans.
