Airmen Plan Yule Parties

OSAN, Korea (5th AF)-More than 450 Korean orphans will share in Christmas Day activities with officers and airmen of the 58th Fighter-Bomber Wg.  Youngsters from six orphanages will be served hot food, candy and ice cream at Operation Noel parties in the base service club, NCO club, airmens club and officers club.  Funds to provide the children from Sin Haeng, DongIll, Hoo Swan Won, Chung Hae, Sin Namg and Hee Larg Won orphanages with food and Christmas gifts have been donated by 58th personnel.  The day's festivities will be directed by the chaplain's section and recreational agencies with the help of individual volunteers.  Highlighting the seasonal activities will be a presentation of Handel's "The Messiah" in the service club Christmas Eve.  The oratorio will be sung by a 30 member Korean choir from the Taegu Presbyterian Hospital.  The wing chapel, appropriately decorated, will have a full schedule of religious services beginning at 7:30 p.m. Christmas Eve.
