ENRATURED - The expressions on the faces of these youngsters from the Po Fin Won orphanage are the same as those you will find the world over wherever children are told about Christmas.  In this case, Miss Choi Ae Sil (right), Korean war correspondent, tells the tots of the Christmas party the 3d Transportation Military Railway Service is planning for them.
