While on a visit to the Hope Town Orphanage, Seoul, Korea, Pvt. Donald Skiles, HQ Dept, 8096^th AU, Seoul Military Post, Seoul, Korea, looks at a copy of the constitution of the orphanage during a meeting of the assembly.  The 360 orphans have their own government, which includes a town council and the assembly members.  Pvt. Skiles unit regularly contributes food, clothing, and other needed supplies to the orphanage.
