Brig. Gen. Richard S. Whitcomb, commanding general, Pusan Military Post, and Mr. Hang Chung Kyo, director of the Aerin Won Orphanage, are shown with a few of the little girls that performed at the program held at the orphanage in appreciation of the general's continued efforts and assistance in reconstruction and establishment of a number of the orphanage's buildings.
