 Orphanage Expands

                TURNING OVER the first shovelful of dirt for a dormitory at the Camp Saint Barbara Orphanage is Lt. Col. LaMar DeSpain, 2^nd Medium Tank Bn., 40^th Armor commander.  Chaplain (1^st Lt.) William T. Taylor, chaplain of the U.S. 7^th Inf. Div. unit assisted in the ground-breaking ceremony.
