BOYS TOWN, NEB.,-MAYOR SHINES 'EM UP FOR EX-KOREAN SHOE SHINE BOY-

Song Yong Cho, 12 year old Korean war orphan, gets a shine today from Boys Town Mayor Bill Maddux, a few hours after the waif's arrival at Father Flanagan's famed haven for homeless boys.  A year ago Song was shining shoes himself around the Pusan railroad station.  He had lost both feet from frostbite but has since been fitted with artificial feet.  Transportation to the United States and entry into Boys Town was arranged by U.S. Army befrienders.  (AP WIREPHOTO)
