BOYS TOWN, NEBR:  Bill Maddux, Mayor of Boys Town, greets Song Yong Cho, 11 year old Korean boy, who lost both legs from frost bite during the fighting near Seoul in 1950.  Msgr. Nicholas H. Wegner, Director of the boy's home was also on hand to welcome the young war orphan to his new home.
