SEOUL TO SOUTH DADOTA - Just a little more than a year ago little Jimmy Raynor was a waif known as Choi Kyung Hyun in war-torn Seoul.  Jimmy, since adopted by Paul Raynor, 25 year old ex-serviceman, now lives a new life in Huron, S.D. reading American comics and watching his benefactor's mother, Mrs. Effie Raynor, whip up a batch of cookies for the five year old Korean lad.
