 KOREAN ADOPTED-SFC , assigned to Army Liaison at Tachikawa AB, Japan, and his wife, Wanda, pose with the three year old Korean orphan boy they recently adopted.  They were the first Army couple to take advantage of transportation provided on a "space available basis" to soldiers stationed in Japan who would adopt children in Korea.  "This is the first time we have seen our foster child," said Phillips.
