Waving Good-by, JoAnne Kelley is ready to board an L-19 at Camp Saint Barbara's Alpha 160 airfield to begin her trip from the Republic of Korea to Kansas City, Mo.  JoAnne, who is being escorted on the trip by 1^st Lt. Charles V. Zimmerman, was adopted by SFC Cecil C. Kelley when he was stationed in Korea with A. Btry., 1^st Observation Bn., 25^th Arty.  He met her when she was Song Ki Soon, an orphan at the Camp Saint Barbara Orphanage at Chong Kok.  Kelley completed adoption arrangements before returning to the United States in August.  Lt.
