CHERRY FOR MI-Leatherneck M/Sgt. William A. Posey, Marine Air Control Group 2 legal office NCO, pops a maraschino cherry into the mouth of his adopted daughter Chung Mi Ok.   The Korea-stationed marine spends his weekends with the child.  "Mrs. Posey's letters are helpful,"  he says, "But changing diapers is a matter of experience."
