COLUMBUS, Ohio, Nov. 4 1957-AND THEN THERE WERE FOUR-Mrs. Jack Johnson, 23 year old Columbus housewife, gathers her new family around to get acquainted.  The four children, all Korean orphans, have been adopted in the past year by Mrs. Johnson and her husband, a salesman for an ice cream company.  Left to right around their new mother are Mark, 2, Lance, 11 months, Jody, 3, and Kim, 4.
