NAVY CHIEF AND ADOPTED KOREAN BOY ARRIVE 

ALAMEDA, CALIF:  Navy Chief Vincent T. Paladino, New Rochelle, New York, holds his adopted son, Korean war orphan Lee Kyung Soo, 4, as they arrived here 11/11 aboard Navy flying boat Mars.  Paladino will either be stationed at Treasure Island here or in Norfolk, Virginia.
