NEW YORK:  Mary Ann Lee Sin-Ja, 3 year old Korean orphan, gets spruced up by her foster brother, Richard C. Lignore, of New York's Idlewild Airport from Korea.  Lignore, who was attracted to the pretty little orphan while he was a GI in Korea, persuaded his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Lignore of Philadelphia, to adopt her.  In four months the Lignore family was able to clear up the official red tape to legally adopt the child.
