Little Chong So Yong, six year old Korean orphan points to a picture of his new "sister" three years old Vickie Lynne, as his New "Daddy" Sgt. Raymond Hill (Joplin, Mo) looks on.  Sgt. Hill has started proceeding to officially adopt Chong.
