PHILADELPHIA, - MOTHER MEETS ADOPTED CHILDREN FOR FIRST TIME - Mrs. Doris Simon tries to make friends with her two adopted children she has never seen as her husband, Army Sgt. Harry Simon of Trevose, Pa. tries to give the youngsters moral support.  Meeting of Carol Ann, 6, and Dennis Lee, 3, with their new mother at the airport climaxed over a year of waiting for completion of adoption proceedings, Sgt. Simon found the children as homeless Korean waifs at Inchon in 1956.
