PORTLAND, ORE:  Two Korean orphans, part of those airlifted from Seoul by Harry Holt for adoption in U.S., became citizens in U.S. District Court here today, 1/18.  Charles, 4, and Wanda Canfield, 6, now sister and brother living with adopted parents in Sandy, Oregon.
