Abandoned, but Not by All

This little lady was fond abandoned in the streets of Korea.  The International Social Service (ISS), after careful investigation and planning, has arranged for her adoption in the U.S.  The ISS is one of the agencies supported by the American Overseas Campaign.  The 1965 campaign is being conducted Sept. 30-Oct.  31.
