New Father

ADOPTED SON of M/Sgt. and Mrs. Raymond L. Roach of Tacoma, Wash., is held by his father, operations sergeant of the Eighth U.S. Army Personnel Center in Korea.  Tony, an 18 month old Korean orphan adopted through the Holt Adoption Agency of Portland, Ore., recently departed Korea for his new home in the United States.  (USA Photo)
