MAN-SIZED ROTATION - An 8 year old Korean orphan touched down in Tokyo this week on the first leg of his man-sized rotation to the United States.  As a result of a special congressional bill introduced in Congress by Sen. William Knowland (R., Cal.), Rhee Sung Wu is going to Los Angeles to join his foster parents, Capt. and Mrs. Sylvester Booker.  Booker met Rhee last summer when he dressed a shrapnel wound in the lad's hand.  The two became such great friends that Booker instituted adoption proceedings when he was returned to the States.  It took several months to slice red tape in Pusan but Rhee is now on his way.  He was met in Tokyo by K. D. McKenzie (right), Northwest Airlines' Orient region sales director.
