NEW-FOUND FRIENDS - Link Seo Sung Won, a Korean orphan adopted by an Air Force master sergeant after he rejected adoption by actress Terry Moore, happily lifts a pile of more than 600 letters he received from Americans in answer to a newspaper appeal to send the youngster Christmas cards.  A soldier friend of Link's wrote 10 U.S. newspapers asking their readers to send Christmas cards to the 15 year old orphan from .  He received 619 cards and letters, nine packages and $42.  Link will soon go to Paremus, N.J., to join his foster parents, M/Sgt. and Mrs. Albert T.
